Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to every place USPS lets us! A signature is always required for our packages.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I got the wrong size! What do I do?
We offer 1 free re-sizing on all non-eternity style bands. If you have an eternity style band that needs re-sizing, use this link to purchase the re-sizing fee.
Send us back your package, include a note with your order number, name, what needs to be done to the ring and a return address.
What is black gold?
Black gold is actually white gold that is black rhodium plated. Eventually, the black plating may wear off, if and when this happens email us and we will take care of it.
Can you create a custom order just for me?
We absolutely can! Our sister company, Rubertone's Casting Division, specializes in custom designs. We have been in the jewelry manufacturing business for over 20 years. Shoot us an email to get started on your custom design.
Do you offer other colored stones than the ones in your drop down menu?
We can get any colored stone (genuine or synthetic). If your desired color is not in the drop down menu just write the color you want in the note box at checkout. If you are interested in a genuine colored stone email us and we will assist you.

I don't see the size I need in the drop down menu. What should I do?
Just write the desired size in the note box at checkout. We can make any ring in any size!
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES/ REPLACEMENTS/ REFUNDS:
Returns:
At Until Death Inc, we offer a 15 day money back guarantee, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days for an exchange or full refund. We take pride that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence!
Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or all resized eternity style bands; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry. If a piece is returned for a refund or canceled during production, your next purchase will qualify for exchange. If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 15 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship. Similarly, if you plan on picking up your ring from our showroom, our 15 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order is available for pick up.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange your ring for another one of greater value.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
